Shipping Coverage
We ship within the United States only include Hawaii/Alaska!

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping. All orders must have a valid U.S. shipping address.
Shipping Fees
For customers within the continental United States:
Orders of $25 or more qualify for free shipping.
Orders under $25 are subject to a flat shipping fee of $29.
For Alaska and Hawaii:
Orders of $100 or more qualify for free shipping.
Orders under $80 are subject to a flat shipping fee of $29.
Shipping fees, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We primarily ship orders using FedEx or USPS, depending on the destination and package size.
Orders are typically delivered within up to 10 business days after shipment.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In some cases, delivery may take longer than estimated.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days after the order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the delivery status of your package.
Tracking Information
Tracking numbers are provided for all shipped orders.
Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after you receive the shipping confirmation.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We accept returns only in the case of items that arrive damaged.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. After review, we will assist you with a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Returns or refunds are not accepted for any other reasons, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or dissatisfaction unrelated to damage.
Additional Information
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the package has been handed over for delivery.
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
